The service
MapMyListing, operated by Atlas, provides interactive property experiences, an inventory admin and analytics for property sales and leasing. These terms cover use of mapmylisting.com and the experiences we host.
Property information
Prices, availability, plans, views and distances shown in an experience are provided by the developer or landlord or derived from map data. They are indicative and may change. Always confirm details with the seller or landlord before making a decision.
Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or scrape it at scale.
- Don't submit false enquiries or someone else's personal data without permission.
Customers
Developers, landlords and agencies using MapMyListing do so under a separate customer agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
Map data and imagery
Experiences use third-party map and 3D data, each under its own licence and attribution. Imagery on this website is illustrative.
Liability and law
The service is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by Norwegian law, with Oslo District Court as the agreed venue.
