Privacy policy

Who we are

MapMyListing is a product of Atlas, based in Oslo, Norway. This policy explains what personal data we collect through mapmylisting.com and the property experiences we host, why, and what rights you have.

What we collect

  • Details you give us when you book a demo: name, work email, company, and what you tell us about your project.
  • Enquiries sent through a property experience, which we pass to the developer or landlord running it.
  • Basic usage data, such as pages viewed and units explored, used to run and improve the service.

Why we use it

To answer your request and arrange a demo, to deliver enquiries to the right sales or leasing team, to keep the service secure, and to understand how it is used. Our legal bases are your consent, steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the service.

Who we share it with

With the developer or landlord whose property you enquire about, and with service providers who host and operate the service for us under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics only if you accept optional analytics. If you do, Google sets its _ga cookies and receives the pages you view and basic information about your device, so we can see how the site is used. We leave query strings out of page addresses and do not use Google's advertising features or Google Signals. If you reject analytics, or make no choice, the Google tag does not load. You can change your choice at any time from Analytics settings at the bottom of the page. Google may process this data outside the EEA; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing, and complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Contact us through the demo form and we will reply.
